Working hard to make a big impact on the runway is what every fashion and glamour model is accustomed to doing every day that’s why it should be second nature to hit the gym 3-4 times a week and commit to some intense workouts to get and maintain a super hot beach body.

I’m and ex catwalk model who likes to lift big heavy weights and just love to workout with moms, models, escorts London ladies from all over the city who want to be at the top of their game. Living in London is a great place to be based because is just so convenient for my super model girlfriends to pop into my gym and hit some free weights followed by cardio for desert.
